Disclaimer: Please note that the original version of these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other legal documents, were drafted in French. The English version is provided for your convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the French and English versions, the French version shall prevail and be considered as the definitive version. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these documents shall be resolved in the courts of Nivelles, Brabant Wallon, Belgium, and shall be conducted in French.

Article 1 - Scope

These terms and conditions (hereafter "Terms of Use") govern the access and use of services provided by DnA Concept SRL, hereinafter referred to as "the Operator," available through the Maouli.eu website (hereafter "the Site") to users (hereinafter "User" or "Users"). Access and use of the Site imply unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use by the User.

Article 2 - Access and Use Conditions

Use of the Site is conditioned upon full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use by the User. The Operator reserves the right to modify the Site and the Terms of Use at any time without notice. It is the User's responsibility to regularly review the Terms of Use to be aware of any changes. Access to the Site is reserved for adults. The User agrees not to use the Site or the information contained therein for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to these Terms of Use.

Article 3 - Intellectual Property

All elements appearing on the Site, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, sounds, photos, and animations, are the property of the Operator or its partners and are protected by legislation relating to intellectual property. Any reproduction, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the Site, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited, except with prior written authorization from the Operator.

Article 4 - Liability

The Operator endeavors to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information disseminated on the Site, which it reserves the right to correct at any time and without notice. However, the Operator cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision, or completeness of the information made available on the Site. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the availability of sites that are the subject of a hyperlink from the Site and cannot give any guarantee concerning their content and use. The User's access to these sites is at their sole responsibility.

The Terms of Use and the content of the Site may be modified or updated without notice. By continuing to use the Site after any modifications to the Terms of Use, the User signifies their acceptance of the changes.

Article 7 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution falls under the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
