Refund policy

Disclaimer: Please note that the original version of these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other legal documents, were drafted in French. The English version is provided for your convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the French and English versions, the French version shall prevail and be considered as the definitive version. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these documents shall be resolved in the courts of Nivelles, Brabant Wallon, Belgium, and shall be conducted in French.

Preamble

In accordance with the contractual obligations of DnA Concept SRL, operating under the trade name "Maouli", this policy sets forth the conditions governing the right of withdrawal and return of products by the consumer (hereafter, the "Consumer" or "you") following a transaction made on the maouli.eu website (hereafter, the "Site").

Article 1: Right of Withdrawal

The Consumer has a period of fourteen (14) working days from the receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision or to bear any costs other than those related to the return of the goods.

Article 2: Conditions of Return

For the right of withdrawal to be validly exercised, the goods must be returned in their original condition, complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) and accompanied by the proof of purchase. Customized items, sale items, or gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Article 3: Return Modalities

The return of goods will be made to the following address: Rue les fosses 1, 1315 Incourt, Belgium. The direct costs of returning the goods remain the responsibility of the Consumer. A return of goods without prior notification to the address info@maouli.eu will be deemed non-compliant and refused.

Article 4: Inspection of Returns

Upon receipt, the goods will be subject to an inspection. In the event of a return of damaged or incomplete goods, Maouli reserves the right to refuse the refund and to return the goods to the Consumer at their expense.

Article 5: Refund Process

Following the acceptance of the return, the refund will be made to the payment method used during the initial transaction, within a maximum of ten (10) working days. The Consumer will be informed by email of the validation of the refund.

Article 6: Refund Tracking

If a refund has not been made within fifteen (15) working days following the confirmation of the return, it is incumbent upon the Consumer to contact their banking institution before seeking recourse from Maouli via communication at info@maouli.eu.

Article 7: General Provisions

This policy may be modified at any time by Maouli, without notice, and will be applicable to sales made subsequently to its publication online.
